Bones dated to first century
Archaeologists recently unearthed and opened the white marble sarcophagus located under the Basilica of St. Paul's Outside the Walls in Rome, which for about 2,000 years has been believed by the faithful to be the tomb of St. Paul.
The pope said scientists had conducted carbon dating tests on bone fragments found inside the sarcophagus and confirmed that they date from the first or second century.

These should be gifted to the Lutherans, as Martin Luther was the most rocking reincarnation of Paul's spiritual zest we have yet to see on God's green earth.
ReplyDeleteInteresting comment but perhaps the remains should stay with the same Roman Catholic Church that has kept them safe over 2000 years amidst the tidal currents of history. Paul respected Peter and was able to provide fraternal correction while staying united to the original Apostles. May Christians be united in Christ once again!
