Bob Dole said of the Senate's smarmiest media hound that "the most dangerous place in Washington is between Chuck Schumer and a television camera;" but maybe Chuck should stay home and read a bit more. The senior Senator from New York has served in the Congress for 30 years and does not know the three branches of the federal government.
