For the second time this week, Bill and
Hillary Clinton are under increased scrutiny over money received by
their multiple non-profit organizations during the time Hillary served
as Secretary of State.
The Canadian Donor Scandal was compounded today with revelations that the foundation received more than $7 million in taxpayer funds.
Records show the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), a
subsidiary of the Clinton Foundation, received over $6 million in grants
from the U.S. Center for Disease Control in the years following 2010,
the Washington Free Beacon reports.
The foundation itself also received near $1.5 million directly from
federal agencies, including the EPA, as a result of the funding provided
by the 2009 stimulus act.
