Jacob Rees-Mogg explains why the EU is a failed state which is
fundamentally undemocratic. He sets out some of the problems it has
caused with its Common Agricultural Policy, Common Fisheries Policy, its
Euro currency project and the Schengen agreement which removed borders
between countries.
